Tripod Center Column

Description

I wish I had more information about this item. It shows some sign of wear, as seen in the photos.
I believe it may be Manfrotto brand because it originally had a tripod head of that brand.
The vertical has three flattened sides.
Because I know so little about the item I am just hoping to make it available to a buyer who recognises it. The buyer is responsible for understanding they will get the item pictured.
