Rare Rolling Stones Cap Hat from the NCAA College Basketball Tournament

This was made around 2007 to commemorate college basketball.
They made hats for North Carolina and some of the basketball programs across the country. I don't remember which team this one was for.  I
t was made in a very limited run.
I never wore this particular hat and it has been sitting in safe storage for around 9+ years.
