    Downsizing!
    The item at auction is an Air Raid Siren I bought many years ago for Football Tailgates.  At the time, the UK was offense was called the "Air Raid", and we used this for fun at tailgates.  The handle split open, and I taped it back for working order (see pic).  The siren is hand-operated and still works great!
    Measures approximately 8" x 8" with handle.
