Has the glass on your
Hummer H2, H3 & H3T's factory auto dim compass temp backup camera mirror (with or without OnStar) gone bad, such as developed graininess, black spots, streaks, and so on? See the first picture in this listing for an extreme example of how bad the glass can get in some of these vehicles.
Good news! We can fix it for you! We will replace the defective glass in your mirror with glass from a donor mirror. The replacement glass will not have the small display window in the glass; rather, your mirror will be upgraded to the "FLOATING" type of display, so when the mirror is off, you can barely tell there's a compass/temp display there, but when the display is on, the characters appear to float behind the glass. See the 2nd picture of a finished repair / upgrade of one of these mirrors. Please note that this service is available for mirrors with or without OnStar.
This IS NOT for the older Hummer mirrors with the slide-out camera display.
In addition, if your mirror's compass/temp display has some dim spots, we will also repair the display for you, no extra charge!
These mirrors are no longer being sold by GM nor being made by the manufacturer, so finding good replacements is rare and the cost for a decent used one can top 0, so this repair is a much cheaper alternative!

Turnaround time on the repair is 1 to 2 business days. Remember, this is a

- you ARE NOT purchasing a mirror from us. Once you pay for the repair service and shipping, we will contact you with our shipping address. Send us your mirror via any method - USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.,
with insurance
(you're responsible for your mirror until it's delivered to us). We will perform the repairs / upgrades & then ship the mirror back to you via USPS Priority Mail with insurance.
Note: we combine multiple purchases into one shipment to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Canadian shipments: You may be responsible for customs duties - if so, these are charged by your country's Customs agency, not by us. All international shipments are properly declared as merchandise and for their full value. We do not ship items & declare them as gifts or for amounts less than their full value.

We want to be sure that you know what you're getting, so we are always more than happy to answer your questions. Also - by buying this item, it is assumed that you have decent technical knowledge & the ability to install this in your vehicle. If you do not, please have this professionally installed - just about any mechanic, car dealer or stereo shop can put these in for you. It's not worth risking damaging your vehicle.

For any item that includes a warranty, the warranty only applies to items sold & installed on vehicles in the United States.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF ITEM IS EXPORTED OUTSIDE OF THE USA.
Warranty Policy – Purchaser MUST first contact product manufacturer (NOT THE SELLER) before any warranty consideration will be given. In order to receive warranty consideration, a very specific warranty replacement procedure must be followed. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY WARRANTY CONSIDERATION – NO EXCEPTIONS.
No supposedly defective item may be returned WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.
Product manufacturer will determine if the item is defective & in need of replacement.
If a replacement item is requested PRIOR to the return of a supposedly defective item,
purchaser must pay for the replacement item including shipping
and will then receive a refund for the purchase price of item only after defective item has been returned.
If a replacement item is not requested prior to the return of the supposedly defective item, then the purchaser must first ship the defective item, with shipping the responsibility of the purchaser, back to the Company. After receipt of the supposedly defective item, a replacement item will be shipped to purchaser within 5 to 7 business days, with shipping the responsibility of the purchaser.
Warranty does not cover labor and other costs incurred for the removal or reinstallation of the product, or damage to the vehicle’s electrical system.
Warranty does not cover shipping charges to return the defective item or for the replacement item.
Items returned that are not found to be defective will be returned to purchaser, with shipping charges the responsibility of the purchaser.
For any items that are shipped to the Company, you are responsible for the item until we receive it. This means that if it is lost or damaged in transit and it was not insured, you will not be covered for the loss or damage.
This Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident.
The extent of the Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and, in no event shall the company’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the product.
IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.
PLEASE READ: ALL NON-WARRANTY RETURNS & ORDERS CANCELED AFTER PAYMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 5% DEDUCTION.
