Federal Siren Light Model 66L tested working ???

Not sure this is federal but if I recall from a siren I sold several years ago it is at least similar. Motor spins when not in contact with light gear, will when in gear but stops and needs some help to turn, it is a flashing unit as it makes contact for the light as it turns. A little over a 7'' diameter and a 5 3/4'' diameter light including frame.
No bids from Alaska, Hawaii or foreign countries with out prior message so that correct postage can be added.
I deal in old collectibles, unique items, and antiques and most generally they show age and ware from the years of use. So please ask questions, look closely at pictures, the decision to bid is yours not mine.

Hello, this is a second generation federal propeloray. Gear drive instead of belt. 1950 to 70 or 71. Could have come from a 67, 78, Y, or a C6b .
