Beautiful Large Vintage Porcelain Fruit Bowl

I don't know the specifics of this beautiful bowl except that it is indeed vintage.
I found it as I was going through my grandparents belongings after my grandmother passed in 1999. I have no idea where she obtained it or anything about it. I have had it packed away all of these years and since I have moved into a small apartment I have found it necessary to sell some of her treasures.
I measured it and it stands 8" Tall, 12" wide at the top and 38" circumference ( around ). I did not find markings anywhere on it.
