Antique 1887 Gamewell Fire Alarm Company Fire Alarm Mechanism- rare find!
This is a really interesting piece for someone interested in firefighting, fire history, or antique alarms or machines. It is heavy- it weighs nearly 24 pounds. Thus, it will be shipped in a USPS Priority Flat Rate Large box.
Given its age, there are scratches and dings on the fire alarm box chassis. It appears the front has been repainted (see photos of sides and note the red streaks where it connects with the front).
